The Buffalo Bill Historical Center contains six units: the Buffalo Bill Museum, Whitney Gallery of Western Art, Plains Indian Museum, Cody Firearms Museum, Draper Museum of Natural History, and McCracken Research Library. At the Whitney, new interactive features such as touch-screen kiosks and "create your own wall label stations are helping visitors understand how artists have shaped our perceptions of the West. Complementing Frederic Remington's studio is a new recreation of the sculptor A.P. Proctor's studio, including a model of his monumental Theodore Roosevelt.Information: Whitney Gallery of Western Art at Buffalo Bill Historical Center, 720 Sheridan Avenue, Cody, WY 82414, 307.587.4771, www.bbhc.org
