After moving to the US as a teenager, Jane Hunt received her degree in illustration from the Cleveland Institute of Art. For the last twenty years the oil painter has resided in Colorado, where she continues to be awed and inspired by the beauty surrounding her.

A sought after instructor, she is a Master Signature Member of Plein Air Painters of New Mexico, a Signature Member of the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, Women Artists of the West, Plein Air Artists of Colorado, and Outdoor Painters Society. She is also a member of the Salmagundi Club and serves on the Board of Oil Painters of America.

Hunt’s paintings have been exhibited in numerous museums and are represented by notable galleries in the US as well as her native England.

Andrew Webster
Andrew Webster is the former Editor of Fine Art Today and worked as an editorial and creative marketing assistant for Streamline Publishing. Andrew graduated from The University of North Carolina at Asheville with a B.A. in Art History and Ceramics. He then moved on to the University of Oregon, where he completed an M.A. in Art History. Studying under scholar Kathleen Nicholson, he completed a thesis project that investigated the peculiar practice of embedded self-portraiture within Christian imagery during the 15th and early 16th centuries in Italy.
