The Taos Art Museum (Taos, NM) at Fechin House will present “Club Fechin,” a gala to celebrate art, Saturday, August 25, on the museum’s grounds. This annual fundraiser supports the historic Fechin House, one of New Mexico’s architectural gems, its collection of work by Nicolai Fechin, and the Taos Society of Artists, as well as a wide range of programs that serve the Taos community and its many visitors.

This year’s event will be in the style of a jazz lounge-club and will begin with cocktails and mingling, followed by a live auction, dinner, and music. An impressive line-up of contemporary and historic works will be auctioned at the event, including works by Logan Maxwell Hagege, Michael Maggiore, Jerry Jordan, Tony Abeyta, T.C. Cannon, Joseph Sharp, Gustav Baumann, E.I. Couse, Edward Curtis, Gerald Cassidy, Leon Gaspard, and others.
